Information you provide

When you send a quotation request, you may provide your name, company, email address, telephone number, job reference, delivery postcode, required date and a list of products or requirements. We use this information to respond to your enquiry, prepare pricing and availability, and keep appropriate business records.

How quotation requests are delivered

The website sends completed quotation requests directly to sales@swiftelectricalsupplies.co.uk. A short-lived technical record may be used to prevent duplicate submissions and excessive automated requests. The basket is intended only for sending a quotation request to Swift.

Information stored on your device

Your basket, saved project and motion preference may be stored in your browser so that they remain available while you use the site. This information stays on the device until you clear it, replace it or use your browser controls to remove site data.

Aggregate website statistics

We use daily aggregate counts and popular page or search-term reports to improve the website and catalogue. Obvious contact details are filtered out of search-term reporting. We do not store visitor identifiers, raw IP addresses or user-agent strings in the reports. Short-lived hashed network counters may be used separately to prevent automated abuse.

Aggregate reports are retained for up to 400 days. You can switch statistics off in Cookies & browser storage, without affecting your basket or projects. We respect browser privacy signals.
