Our armoured cables, also referred to as Steel Wire Armour (SWA), are manufactured in accordance with British Standards BS 5467, BS 6622, BS 6724, BS 7835, BS EN 50267 and approved by BASEC. They also comply with a number of International Standards, including IEC 60502.

These cables can be used in applications from power and auxiliary control, to power networks. They are available with copper (Cu) or aluminium (Al) conductors and with PVC or Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) sheathing.
